MMC is currently recruiting for a full-time contract position as an **Order Management Coordinator** to support our Logistics division. This role will be primarily located out of our Burlington, ON location.

**Job Summary**:
The Order Management Coordinator is a key member of the logistics team with the focus on System Dashboard Management and end-to-end trouble shooting of customer generated Logistics orders.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Monitor exception management and resolution of open and rejected orders
- Complete the creation and reconciliation of off-system customer orders
- Conduct timely system data mapping associated with product conversions, discontinuations, and supply disruptions
- Process refunds and/or credits for members
- Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with order management, product support, and monitoring of customer orders.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Analytics
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
- Post-Secondary Education in Logistics or comparable experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Process development, documentation, mapping, and training
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
- Experience and/or knowledge of B365 (Business Central) ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong mathematical skills

**Travel**
- Travel between Mohawk Medbuy Corporation Hamilton, Burlington and Brantford sites may be required.
