**Core Competencies/Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Processing orders, invoices, payments
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Coordinate with other internal departments to achieve customer resolution

**Required experience**:

- Experience in an e-commerce company or trade company is a huge bonus
- Customer Service/ Customer Support: more than 2 years

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a College / Bachelor degree
- Must be able to communicate effectively to customers
- Familiar with Google, Microsoft, along with popular computer softwares/apps
- Team player, able to work well in a team environment
- Motivated, organized, and having a positive attitude is very important
- Prior hair Industry experience is a plus
- Friendly phone demeanor
- Be willing and enthusiastic about learning new things - our product catalog is constantly growing
- Fast-paced office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to wear a mask all the time. Curbside pickup is available. Common surfaces and equipment are sanitized regularly.
