Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Recreational Soccer Convenor. This position involves overseeing and coordinating recreational soccer activities for participants of all ages.

**Duties**:

- Organize and coordinate recreational soccer games and events
- Develop and implement schedules for practices and games
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents regarding schedules, rules, and updates
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants during soccer activities
- Maintain equipment and facilities used for soccer program
- Effectively avoid/handle conflicts that may arise

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in organizing sports activities or events is preferred
- Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate participants on soccer techniques and strategies

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sports environment, interact with diverse groups of individuals, and contribute to the growth of recreational soccer programs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
