**Job Summary**

As a Project Manager on the SEO team, your primary role will be managing deliverables for SEO clients. Reporting directly to the Manager of SEO, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll use your expertise to liaise with the SEO team, the production team, and the accounts team. This role requires strong organizational skills, as you'll be coordinating many moving parts to bring projects to fruition.

**Functions**
- SEO project execution
- Internal resource allocation
- Blog page management
- Internal problem solving

**Responsibilities**
- Manage SEO projects on an ongoing basis, ensuring that all timelines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to allocate resources effectively for each project.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform basic website edits, including posting blogs, in WordPress.
- Setup accounts for new clients on various platforms, including SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project status, budget, and deliverables.

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in customer service or hospitality role
- 1+ years in a role requiring high levels of organization and coordination of multiple tasks or projects
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software, local listing management software, WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and/or SEMRush is an asset
