**Responsibilities**

Traveling to various neighborhoods and residential areas to identify potential customers.

Interacting with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs.

Generating sales by promoting our home improvement services and gauging customer interest.

Effectively explaining the benefits of our services to potential customers.

Entering leads and customer information into our database accurately.

Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude when facing rejection.

Meeting or exceeding individual weekly and monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the team leader regularly with updates on sales, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.

Attending regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge about the products and services.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in door-to-door sales, direct marketing, or lead generation is beneficial.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive abilities and a friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in data entry and using CRM software.

Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and walk extensively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive pay structure with bonuses for achieving and exceeding lead generation targets. Training will be provided to help you understand our product offerings and improve your sales skills.
