HR Coordinator

The customer is looking for a 4-6 month contract and key points of this role will be experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, recruiting, payroll, and WSIB.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- HR point person for unionized automotive facility
- Work with other members of the team to facilitate payroll
- Perform new employee orientation and safety awareness training
- Manage and be a liaison for any WSIB/workplace injury instances
- Responsible for enforcement of company rules and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Organized
- Effective time management ability
- A good problem solver
- Great oral and written skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently
**Education and Experience**:
- College or University education, or equivalent experience
- CHRP/CHRL is an asset
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
