A large and complex organization, eHealth is comprised of 30+ clinical and non-clinical program (service) areas that all work together to support health care providers and teams across the province in delivering the best possible care to patients, providers, citizens, and health system users. Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.

The eHealth teams engage directly with health system partners and other stakeholders both provincially and federally to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Manager, System Operations, your primary responsibility will be to support eHealth’s Active Directory environment. This includes managing current state and assisting with solution design of future state. You will participate in creating and managing the work plans of the Active Directory technical support staff and writing process documentation. Other responsibilities include preparing status reports and managing issue escalations.

**Typical daily duties**
- Responsible for responding to incidents, service requests for Active Directory, Exchange online, M365, server, storage related calls
- Perform administration and operations on an enterprise server and data storage environment
- Continually research and evaluate new and emerging operational standards, and recommend the use of these operational standards
- Document operational procedures & standards for the operations team

**You will have knowledge and/or experience in the following**
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy;
- Experience working with an enterprise ticketing tool (USO, ServiceNow, etc.);
- Understand and experience with Change management best practice;
- Microsoft office suite of tools.
- Troubleshoot problems and identify resources required to solve issues;
- Prioritize issues and ones workload;
- Meet critical deadlines and service levels in a reactive work environment;
- Understand when to escalate issues to other team members;
