**Responsibilities will include**:

- Participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of client programs
- Lead project management for client programs involving strategic communications, creative, digital, earned and paid news and social media programs
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research including media landscape and narrative analysis, audience profiling and stakeholder and influencer mapping, and competitive business analysis
- Develop and deliver program reporting and evaluation
- Day-to-day client relationship management
- Support or lead event logistics
- Support new business development
- Manage vendor relationships

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years of agency, pharmaceutical communications experience.
- Demonstrated success with pharmaceutical account management, campaign execution and a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Established relationships with medical, science and health reporters and influencers.
- Experience in developing and delivering disease digital/social media programs.
- Initiative, creativity, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Aptitude and experience in proactive business development.
- Willingness to travel across Canada, if required, for client work.
- Sound knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical landscape.
