**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand's goals and audience's interests.
- Create engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website), including but not limited to photos, videos, blog posts, and infographics.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with our community, and analysing performance metrics to guide future content strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our brand presence and attract a wider audience.
- Support the marketing team with any additional tasks related to digital marketing and content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program related to Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with digital content creation and a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Interest in real estate, design, and construction is a plus.
- Equipment is a plus
