**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging presentations on warehouse management systems and best practices in shipping and receiving.
- Conduct training sessions on the safe operation of equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers.
- Provide insights into heavy lifting techniques and mechanical knowledge relevant to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify training needs and develop tailored content for workshops.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and understanding among participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in warehouse distribution.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, or order pickers is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during training demonstrations or sessions.
- A background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
