**The Opportunity**:
From day one, you will be a key member of our project team for the Finance Systems Transformation Project (FSTP). As a team, you will work towards the goal of implementing OneStream, Kinross’ selected Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. With your accounting and EPM experience, you will be able to collaborate with the project team, IT resources, and consultants to ensure the project is delivered successfully, and processes and systems are optimized. You will gain experience in all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally through mentorship and support from a high performance team in one of the world’s top gold mining companies.

**What You Will Do**:
You will begin your contribution to the FSTP by participating in the finance business process review, redesign/blueprinting, and documentation to optimize processes prior to the implementation of OneStream. Subsequent project phases will include collaboration on the development and implementation of processes, policies and practices; participation in data migration and conversion activities; and performing system testing. You will also participate in change management activities, including communication, user training, and roll out.

Throughout the project, you will assist the team with non-standard requests on various project activities, while identifying, assessing, and monitoring any perceived risks and escalating issues. By liaising with finance professionals in Consolidation, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and other relevant areas of Finance and the Company globally, you will work to ensure the implementation of the EPM solution meets the design requirements.

**Must Haves**:

- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional accounting designation (CPA or international equivalent), or in progress
- 3 - 5 years of related work experience
- Experience with EPM systems - using or implementing (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BPC)
- Ability to prioritize workload and work collaboratively in a small, dedicated team of professionals and with colleagues globally
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Demonstrate initiative, motivation, and ability to learn quickly
- Flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments

**Nice To Haves**:

- OneStream training certification
- Previous experience in the mining industry
