As the **Procurement Specialist**, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing customer service within the Procurement Desk
- Tracking, acknowledging, and processing Field Service and/or Customer Spare Parts Purchase Orders
- Responding to internal parts and price enquiries from Customer Care Centre
- Tracking and monitoring inventory levels for local inventories
- Processing inventory replenishment orders
- Escalating and expediting spare parts purchase orders with vendors
- Processing shipment discrepancies
- Processing price discrepancies
- Addressing and resolving simple customer and/or field service-related inquiries within the Customer Care Centre
- Identifying and reporting spare parts order discrepancies
- Providing after hours cell phone coverage for emergency spare parts ordering
- Performing filing and archiving activities
- Substituting for and/or assisting department staff as needed
- Preparing order management reports as required
- Performing other duties as required

As a successful **Procurement Specialist **you will have:

- Post secondary education or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Order Management (including Purchase Order Management)
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of related products and/or services
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work in fast paced and time sensitive environment
- German language is an asset
