**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen safety practices.
- Excellent culinary skills with creativity in menu development and presentation.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred, with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
