Seasonal Fundraising

**Job Summary**
We are seeking seasonal employees who can start as soon as possible and will be available until December 20 (approximately seven weeks). Daytime, afternoon, and weekend work is available, as are overtime hours.

If you are a hard-working, reliable individual, who is interested in labelling and boxing cheese, and preparing gift baskets, please read on.

Previous experience would be an asset, as would food handler certification, but neither is required.

Essential qualifications include at least high school education, a good command of English, basic arithmetic skills, honesty & integrity, respect for sanitation & food safety standards, attention to detail, manual dexterity, willingness & ability to follow instructions, and enjoyment of physical labour.

The physical demands include the ability to work at a rapid pace, assemble boxes, stand for lengthy periods, work in a cooler at a temperature of 4 degrees C for periods of time, and lift & carry weights of up to 20 kg.

A hairnet/beardnet and lab coat will be provided. You will need to supply a pair of previously unused, comfortable, close-toed shoes that can be left on site, to be donned upon arrival at the workplace, and removed before leaving the building for any reason.

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week
