In your role, you will lead a team responsible for the development, the implementation and operation of the programs senior leadership governance framework. You will provide a strategic, consulting, and administrative support while preparing presentations and you will assume an oversight role during the meetings. You will oversee the budget preparation and monitoring with different stakeholders. You will have the responsibility for the programs master plan and balanced score card. You will need to understand the balanced score card deviations and foresee upcoming ones, provide proper visibility in order to enable decision-making and increase the operational efficiency and propose mitigation plans. In your role, you will, as a member of the Bombardier Management team:
In your role, you will:

- Lead the Programs Budget & Governance team;
- Develop, plan and lead the governance framework for the programs senior leadership team while providing visibility on the progress of the projects, roadblocks and recommendations;
- Lead the budget planning team responsible for the preparation and consolidation of the operational budget for Programs;
- Develop and control all departmental budget for Programs resource loading, Strat plan, budget submission/revision and other external cost.
- Coordinate and lead activities as necessary closely with Finance, Engineering, Indirect Good & Services, and any other costs/budget activities under the responsibility of Programs
- Maintain a Risk and Opportunities register
- Oversee the Programs balanced score card and master plan;
- Support and present the Programs status to Senior Leadership;
- Be responsible for the employee performance management program (PMP) completion and employee communications;
- Maintain the key technical and managerial competence of all staff;
- Support the employees to reach their business and professional development goals.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- You have a strong financial acumen and understanding of enterprise budgeting process
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management, business development, and/or strategic planning
- You have experience in project management as well as knowledge of aircraft development cycle.
- You have good presentation skills and are attentive to details.
- You have excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills
- You have both strong organizational and leadership skills
- You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives, and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches
