**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and SAP requirements.
- Configure, customize and implement SAP s/4HANA solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations and processes.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of SAP-related tools and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, patches, and new features.
- Personal continuous development through training and hands-on experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Skills/Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful SAP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA systems, modules, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Able to design FIORI launchpad for different business transactions, end-users’ access.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
