HR Advisor

**Your tasks****:

- Manage the recruitment process; Coordinate the onboarding of employees
- Manage and coordinate the training program
- Participate in the planning of social events;
- Participate in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and programs; Answer employee questions about company policies
- Advise managers on all facets of human resources management
- Collaborate in payroll and benefits management;

**Your profile****:

- Post-secondary degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience, ideally in a production environment;
- Fluency in French and English (essential);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Orientation for teamwork;
- Ability to manage priorities and organize the work to be done;
- Mastery of the MS Office environment;
- Member of CRHA/CRHI, an asset.
