**The Job**:
Account Administrators play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by processing new policies and policy changes, as well as ensuring policy accuracy. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of processing responsibilities.

In addition to processing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for setting up payment activities, account reconciliation, reception coverage and general administrative duties

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- An individual with a passion for customer service
- Strong computer and time management skills
- Level 1 Brokers License and working towards CAIB designation preferred
- General understanding of Personal lines policies and coverages and previous experience with Applied Epic preferred
- Post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration is an asset

**Subject Line: Account Administrator**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
