**Key Responsibilities**: As part of the Higgins Hardscape team, you'll be at the forefront of creating sophisticated outdoor spaces, including:

- Precision grading, gravel installation, and sod laying for upscale properties.
- Installation of interlock pavers, emphasizing intricate designs and finishes.
- Constructing and installing high-end, custom-designed luxury swimming pools.
- Building concrete pads, pool bottoms, and achieving a flawless, smooth finish.
- Expert plumbing of pool pumps and equipment for elite pools.
- Crafting elegant retaining walls, paths, patios, and structures that epitomize luxury stonework, including flagstone, armor stones, and steps.
- Operating advanced equipment and machinery: tampers, concrete saws, excavators, skid steers, and high-end carpentry tools.
- Installing drainage systems as per landscape designs.
- Grading lawn areas with precision, including digging, trenching, and excavating to meet the highest standards of luxury landscape construction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with expertise in interlocking, stonework, deck, and fence construction.
- Valid & clean G-class driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to our Waterdown shop.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Commitment to full-time, year-round work, with a passion for creating luxury outdoor environments through all seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
