The Technical Recruitment Lead will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

**The role of the Lead, Technical Recruiter**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the field of têxtile manufacturing, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Must have experience recruiting for engineering roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
