**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager and under the direction of an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, the Rehabilitation Assistant will be responsible for the provision of client care on an individual and group basis, as well as responsible for departmental maintenance, including organizing and purchasing supplies, general housekeeping duties, and other related non-client care duties

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Rehabilitation Assistant Program (which includes both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy components)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Ability to communicate well with both patients and their families and staff
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with team members
- Organizational ability to complete assigned work and manage changing staffing and caseload levels
- Knowledge of proper body mechanics
- Demonstrate basic computer skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Access to reliable transportation

**Hours**:

- Long Assignment Full-time Position; 75 hours bi-weekly
- Approximately 12 months
- Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$22.72 - $25.82 Hourly
