**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Process and manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all requests.
- Maintain organized files and records related to warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their warranty inquiries, providing clear information and support throughout the process.
- Utilize office phone systems to handle incoming calls related to warranty issues, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve warranty-related issues and improve processes as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to ensure compliance with company standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential for managing documentation and communication effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy office environment.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- Experience in customer support or clerical roles is a plus, showcasing the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members alike.
- Assist the book keeper with credit card reconciliation and other tasks to assist the book keeper with closing out month ends so a basic understanding un accounting principals is necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
