This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. _*WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?*_

- Entry of daily Mechanical logs and other work order documentation;
- Coordinate service calls, follow-up and data entry;
- Timely and efficient coordination of ordering/securing parts, maintaining internal parts and re-stock inventory, data/order entry, purchase order completion, backorder and/or return status and shipping duties;
- Process warranty claims;
- Ensure parts received are allocated to proper equipment;
- Manage and maintain daily part inventory database;
- Enter and monitor maintenance schedules for all Fleet vehicles/equipment;
- Manage and maintain tracking system for repairs and estimates;
- Assist with other aspects of the Mechanical shop as required. _*JOB REQUIREMENTS *_
- Must have a valid Class G driver’s licence
- Minimum of 3 years mechanical background knowledge
- Previous experience working with Mechanics/Technicians and in a similar and/or related parts environment;
- Demonstrated experience in the creation of parts orders and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management and estimate preparation;
- Excellent communication and people skills on both an internal and external level;
- Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paperwork organization;
