Prairie Roots Co-op is hiring an HR Advisor for our Elm Creek, Marquette, and Starbuck locations in Manitoba. This is a full-time position based out of our Elm Creek location with travel to our Marquette and Starbuck location required.

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the HR Advisor will aid in HR health and safety, new hire orientation, development plan check-ins, student recruitment, as well as other related administrative duties, including payroll, scheduling, staff onboarding, and similar tasks when assigned.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

- You have a post-secondary education in business administration, office assistance, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
- You have a minimum of five years of relevant customer service experience;
- You have a minimum of one year of administrative experience;
- Experience in grocery, hardware, farm supply, or agriculture is considered an asset;
- Experience within the Co-op Retailing System is considered and asset;
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
