**Job Description**:

**Requirements**:

- Hold a PSW/PCA certificate or an equivalent qualification or be willing to obtain one. Gain your First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of joining our team. Complete a Criminal Record Check and Social Development Background Check to ensure safety and trust.

- Bring your passion for helping others and your commitment to making a difference. Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections. Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, contributing to our supportive team culture.

**Benefits**:

- Receive reimbursement of 0.57 cents per kilometer for travel to clients, making your journey more rewarding. If you're eager to start but don't have a PSW/PCA certificate, don't worry - you can enroll in our PSW course and begin working while you learn.
