**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with international suppliers to track status of shipments and arrange the delivery at Natco’s warehouse.
- Liaise with the clearing and forwarding agents.
- Ensure that all documentation is checked and processed accurately, including preparing shipping documentation i.e., waybills, customs clearance document, etc.
- Ensure that all the shipment invoices are accurately checked and processed, and that commercial contracts are renewed as needed.
- Key point of contact with 3PL on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate inventory shipments amongst various warehouses to ensure seamless delivery to distribution centers.
- Assist and manage projects as assigned by the Manager, Operations & Sales Support.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Positive can-do attitude coupled with a professional demeanour.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with good attention to detail.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management and supply chain is a must
- Proactive, self-starter that takes full ownership of work and seeks input as required.
- Excellent team working and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop good internal and external working relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Approaches all situations with a growth mindset, willing to learn and establish themselves as an expert in critical areas of the role.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset. Post-secondary education with a focus on logistics/supply chain would be a definite asset.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar work (logistics/Operations/Supply Chain).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
