Adult Art Instructor

Duties:

- Develop and implement art lesson plans for adult and/or teen students of various skill levels.
- Teach students different art techniques, including drawing & painting.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and encourages student engagement.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their artistic abilities.
- Collaborate with other teachers when project planning.

**Requirements**:

- Formal art education is an asset but not required. Minimum 5+ years of artistic experience with samples of work.
- Previous experience teaching
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels.
- Creativity and a passion for art education.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
