**About the Role**

The Promotions Associate will work hand and hand with the Promotions Manager-Sports and the broader team. This role will assist in the development of the promotional strategy by using data to help drive customer promotions for Sports including the creation, execution and management of all player promotional campaigns, budget setting, KPI and performance monitoring and reporting. You will help execute and analyze Sports bonuses and promotions and work closely with the Product team to develop fresh, market leading bonus products that will appeal to our customers while also working closely with key stakeholders across Acquisition, Trading, Partnerships, CRM, Customer Support and Operations

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning aspects of the sport’s promotional roadmap
- Partner with the CRM team to ensure the promotional mechanics are current and engaging
- Responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of the promotional events calendar
- Ensure all promotions meet advertising, regulatory and legislative standards set for by the AGCO and IGO
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling visual and written assets
- Measure and evaluate of ROI of bonus performance
- Ensure all offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand
- Help coordinate the planning and scheduling of above and below the line retention offer
- Liaise other departments (i.e., customer service) to ensure awareness of upcoming events and promotions
- Establish systems and processes to serve the promotional calendar with maximum efficiency and flawless execution
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Trading, Gaming, Marketing, Product, Technology & Finance
- Create player feedback surveys/mechanisms to inform future promotional creation

**Essential Functions**
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

**Qualification**
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Gaming promotional experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen and as comfortable with numbers as talking creative concepts
- Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, energy, and inner motivation to take actions to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Planning and Scheduling experience is required
- Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, contributing to long term strategic planning
- Proven track record assisting in initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Must have a passion for iGaming, specifically Online Sports
- Previous experience with budget management
