**Job description**

**Glen Traffic Solutions Inc.** specializes in providing its clients with the best quality, safe and effective traffic control services throughout British Columbia. Glen Traffic staff consists of highly trained and BCCSA certified traffic control persons, Lane closure technicians and office personnel committed to making each project professional, safe and stress free.

LCT's, WE HAVE TRUCKS STANDING BY WAITING FOR YOU

**Requirement**:

- **BCCSA approved Traffic Control Person certification **with a BC Class 5 License and clean driver’s abstract
- 3 years of LCT experience in controlling traffic at a busy street (minimum)
- **Drug Test is required for this project**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and operators
- General construction site and flagging knowledge
- Personal transportation to commute to site

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing drivers, pedestrians, and workers to safe routes around road construction sites
- Assist in accessing and exiting work sites and reporting to questions
- Assist with set up and maintenance of project signage and barricades including daily barricade reports
- Protect workers by keeping work space free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazards
- Setting up and providing traffic control specifications
- Reviewing traffic management plans
- Training other site workers about traffic and equipment safety
- Performing other related duties as required.
