**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver services to client personnel on the highway utilizing BCRS TMA equipment.
- Validate and adhere to safety protocols.
- Set up and maintain safe and efficient lane closures on BC highways, following BCCSA regulations, guidelines, and relevant provincial highway standards..
- Identify emerging workplace risks and implement measures to uphold safety standards.
- Maintain trucks in accordance with manufacturer specifications and monitor mileage to optimize fuel efficiency.
- Deploy appropriate lane closure devices, such as cones, signs, and barricades, according to established plans and safety protocols.
- Monitor and adjust lane closures as necessary, considering factors such as traffic volume, road conditions, and weather.
- Conduct training sessions for team members.
- Develop positive relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- BCCSA TCP Certification **required**:

- Arrive on time for work
- Be willing to work with others.
- Great communication skills Strong safety mind
- Participate in the daily toolbox meeting.
- Be always professional
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working on highway as LCT (preferred).
- **Must have drivers Licence for LCTs**:

- **Clean driver abstract for LCTs.**

**Experience**:

- Traffic control: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
