Currently, our rapidly expanding team and site network is looking for a **Human Resources Manager **who can work for us on a** full-time, permanent basis**, in the **Greater Toronto** **Area**. This **hybrid **role will be able to be performed on a primarily remote basis, but there will be an occasional need to work out of our **Head Office (Toronto)** or GTA area sites.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain programs, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist in aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
- Assist staff, supervisors, and managers in accurately interpreting HR programs, processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintain responsibility for the company’s compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
- Contribute and maintain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasized excellence, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Establish and maintain a wage and salary structure, pay policies, and variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
- Train people managers, including in performance management
- Assist in the management of superior workforce development, employee retention, employee morale, and employee work-life balance
- People management and oversight of the Canadian HR team
- Recommend and assist in the design of employee training programs such as New Employee Orientation, Employee Performance Management, and others as identified
- Maintain and update reporting of the company’s HR metrics and data

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian HR legislation and best practices
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively using workplace technology, in person, and over the phone
- Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a management role
- CHRP/CHRL (or completed coursework requirement) would be an asset
