**Job Title**

Lead Product Controller - Global Reporting & Analysis
- Executes and distributes production ready global reporting initiatives:

- Global Markets - Daily/Monthly/Quarterly - Global Risk to Revenue Attribution Analysis and Commentary.
- Global IPV Completeness results to senior Finance stakeholders and CCAR Office.
- IHC and Branch reporting of global revenue decomposition and commentary.
- FAS157 Inventory Leveling for RBC’s quarterly financial disclosures.
- Builds and reviews data trends - analyzes key metrics globally, produces and documents qualitative commentary to support results: Risk to Revenue Attribution Analysis and Commentary, Monetization Ratios, Actual vs. Estimate Revenue Variances, Primary vs. Secondary Revenues Trends, Aged Inventory Trends, Valuation Trends
- Evaluate and enhance existing business processes to establish greater workflow efficiencies
- Development of new reporting initiatives and business processes, collaborating with Front Office and key stakeholders in Finance.

**Must Have**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
- 5+ years of recent, relevant industry experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Works well in a team setting; strong collaborator
- Ability to drive, influence and manage change

**Job Summary**

As Lead Product Controller, you will manage, maintain and enhance existing management reporting business processes and workflows for the Product Control Global MIS team. The Lead will also aggregate and analyze data trends of key performance metrics; document qualitative commentary supporting the results; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
