Our mission is to enhance our clients' health and well-being through innovative and personalized treatment plans. We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Assistant with a background as a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**: As a Clinical Assistant at Dr. Rallis Wellness Group/The DRIPBaR Barrie, you will play a crucial role in supporting our therapists and ensuring a smooth and effective treatment process for our clients. Your expertise in physiotherapy will be invaluable as you assist with various therapeutic procedures and provide exceptional care to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist licensed therapists in administering treatments such as laser therapy, spinal decompression, and interferential therapies.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for client sessions, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
- Conduct initial assessments, gather patient history, and document progress notes as directed by therapists.
- Provide support and encouragement to clients during their treatment sessions.
- Educate clients on home care exercises and wellness strategies to complement their therapies.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance client care and improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Physiotherapy Assistant or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and basic office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
