About West Coast Gardens: Situated on 24 acres, West Coast Gardens is a stunning garden center offering a wide array of ethically homegrown plants for both homes and gardens. We're known for our exceptional company culture and commitment to providing an inviting and enriching work atmosphere.

**Seasonal Retail Support Responsibilities**:

- Assist with receiving retail shipments, organizing products, and stocking shelves.
- Contribute to daily housekeeping and cleaning tasks, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging and greeting all customers warmly.
- Assist in organizing, restocking, and arranging products throughout the retail area, maintaining a visually appealing and easily accessible display.
- Collaborate with team members, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cooler conditions.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, maintaining energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating autonomy and collaboration.
- Reliable transportation is required, as this location is not transit accessible.
