Do you have exceptional customer service skills? Do you have horticulture and garden centre experience? West Coast Floral is known for their family values, innovative-thinking and exceptional industry standards. We grow our own plants in our extensive greenhouses, having a nationwide wholesale and shipping division, and a thriving retail garden centre. Situated on 24 acres with over 3 million plants grown with a gorgeous destination garden centre specializing in ethically homegrown plants, for your home and garden.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure maintenance of all trees, shrubs and perennials
- Work with inside staff and outside staff, to ensure that displays are compelling and are consistently maintained
- Ensure plants are healthy and well cared for
- Collaborating with Retail Manager on current trends, and outdoor visual displays
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Attend weekly retail meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping, nursery or garden centre
- Passion for plants and strong plant knowledge
- Team player and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with a team or individually
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs
- Must have own transportation, not close to a bus route.
