_Responsible for overseeing the daily operations with assistance from the Manager_
- _Ensure compliance of all Aramark operating standards, Franchise standards, and legislated standards including company policy and procedure, Health and Safety standards, and Safe Food Handling _
- _Responsible for scheduling staff with assistance from the Manager _
- _Recruits and trains staff in compliance with Aramark and Franchise requirements _
- _Develops and motivates staff to attain proper standards of performance _
- _Ensure quality, courteous service is provided to all customers, and resolves customer complaints _
- _Works with the Manager and Marketing Manager to launch marketing initiatives and promotions _
- _Responsible for inventory controls, food, labor and direct costs _
- _Collects, records, and deposits all revenues received at the component _
- _Maintains compliance of all cash handling and cash auditing procedures, reports and overage/shortages _
- _Ensures adherence to Aramark’s policies and procedures, as well as Health and Safety Programs _
- _Other duties as assigned_

**Salary**: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
