**About the role**:
Under the general direction of the Director of Adult Justice Services and the immediate supervision of the Housing Coordinator or their designate, the Reintegration Worker will perform various tasks related to site security/ safety, site security/ safety, program support / development and general assistance with the residents.
- ** Education**: Attendance in a working towards completion a post-secondary education or Post - secondary degree or Diploma in the Social Sciences programs or equivalent
- ** Training**:Willingness to be trained in required skill areas
- Must possess a “Reliability” Security Clearance (after joining)
- ** Language**:Bilingual Preferred (English / Second Language)
- ** Training Preferred**:

- ASIST Training
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention/ MI
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- First Aid & CPR
- Mental Health First Aid
- U.T Testing

**Maintenance/ Cleaning** Responsibilities**
- Ensure keeping all offices, washrooms, windows, and kitchen area clean; ensure residents are adhering securing (packing, labeling, and storing) residents' belongings upon unplanned departures; other tasks that may be identified by the Housing Coordinator
- Reintegration Worker will have duties in keeping the office areas clean and complete chores as assigned per shift from the posted sheet i.e., house laundry (bedding, kitchen towels)

**Building/ Activity Monitoring**
- Review log and client notes, take note of important daily activities in Log Book
- Preparation of rooms for new arrivals
- Sign-outs destination documentation
- Medication log documentation
- Monitor the campus (surveillance of all common areas of the CRF including Exterior views)

**Program Representation/ Community Relations**
- The Reintegration Worker must have a firm grasp of the established procedural guidelines to determine an appropriate response to community members presenting concerns
- Any community concerns will be brought to attention of Residential Coordinator
- The Reintegration Worker must be positively represented to the community at large

**Program Level Responsibilities**
- Monitors and promotes practices that support people's health and safety
- Supporting daily la living and life skills
- Provide emergency crisis intervention and support
- Referrals and linkages to appropriate community resources
- Carries out specific administrative duties as required
- Clearly document all client activity
- Support facilitation of groups housing meetings and other activities
- Motivate and role model social leisure and healthy living skills
- Support any further relevant duties that may be developed or assigned by the Housing Coordinator or Case Worker
