We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Governance and Analytics Manager to join our **Patient Center of Excellence (PCoE)**, to further develop our reporting processes to ensure specific business questions can be answered with relevant insight to help inform decisions and impact overall strategy.

The role will be responsible for helping lead data governance (e.g., update codebooks, monitor access, data storage) for large datasets that comprise of all Canadian Patient Support Program (PSP) data (clinical and financial) across brands/therapeutic areas. Additionally, this role will help determine the most appropriate source of data for reporting purposes; gathering all the information that is available, including collaboration/co-ordination with diverse partners; conducting sophisticated analyses that will shape decisions and strategy; and communicating results from analyses to relevant team members. In this position, you will be supporting complex data challenges (e.g., size, complexity, type and/or number of data sets) under the supervision of a Senior Manager.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Profiling Canadian PSP data to ensure governance standards are being met (e.g., compliance to internal and external standards to ensure data controls are in place and adhered to, create and maintain documentation such as SoPs) in collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., Privacy)
- Defining and leading data lifecycle management, including management of data solutions (AWS S3) alongside IT
- Conduct quantitative analyses using statistical tools (e.g., R) as they relate to relevant business questions/metrics and objectively communicate insights and results, as well as their associated uncertainties and limitations
- Develop and manage user-friendly dashboards/reports that include KPIs across disease/therapeutic areas and highlight strategic direction insights and opportunities
- Help with the management and development of real-world evidence studies associated with the PSP data
- Supports engagement with cross-functional collaborators and relationship building at all levels

**Qualifications**:

- BSc or MSc degree with a quantitative component (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Epidemiology)
- Some understanding of epidemiological methods that can be used for observational/RWE studies
- Experience in statistical analyses using Python, R and/or database languages (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with dashboarding software (e.g., PowerBI)

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment involving changes to priorities and schedules
