The Demand Planner plays a key role in the demand management process. With the assistance of Marketing and Sales, the Demand Planner prepares the monthly forecast per product/customer. He/she supports the Demand Planning Manager in the monthly forecast review with sales team as well as participate in the Demand Consensus meeting as part of S&OP process. Works in close collaboration with the Master Planners on operational and capacity constraints.

**3. Key responsibilities**

Generate and maintain am accurate rolling 18 months demand forecast, including the update in SAP.

Maintains an accurate forecasts per product/customer through the statistical forecasting, using customer forecast and with the collaboration and input from sales and marketing force.

Work with sales, marketing and master planners on all activities related to new product introductions, rationalization, promotions, an all other events as the case may be.

Maintains assumptions / events management documents and process.

Responsible for providing root cause analysis and corrective action recommendation based on results of forecasting metrics.

Maintain forecasting KPIs updated.

Actively participates in the monthly Consensus/S&OP meetings with the goal to facilitate and reach a consensus forecast.

Support the Demand Planning Manager in the monthly reviews with weekly / monthly reviews with the marketing and sales team, including S&OP meetings.

Participates in annual budget planning.

Provides business support with various demand planning related analysis.

Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

**4. Professional qualifications and competencies**

**1) Minimum education level**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/operations management

**2) Minimum experience**
- 3-5 years in demand management or any relevant professional experience

**3) Required skills**
- Bilingual (French/English), written and spoken
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power BI)
- Autonomous and proven analytical skills
- Aptitude for presenting information
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with SAP and BW

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lachine, QC
