**Responsabilités**:

- Travailler en collaboration avec d’autres départements pour acquérir des informations sur les produits à des fins de documentation
- Rechercher et mettre en œuvre une terminologie dentaire précise
- Rédiger et examiner la documentation destinée aux clients : procédures d’installation, IFU, fiches techniques, notes de version, guides de démarrage rapide, brochures, documents d’entreprise, bases de connaissances, contenu du site Web, etc.
- Collaborer avec les concepteurs UX, les PME et les testeurs pour définir la microcopie UX pour les logiciels : boutons, messages d’erreur, contrôles, notifications, instructions, intégration, etc.
- Gérer les traductions pour la documentation liée aux produits et la microcopie UX
- Établir des directives de style et s’assurer qu’elles sont appliquées de manière cohérente
- Rédiger, réviser, éditer et relire des documents pour d’autres départements
- Recueillir les commentaires des utilisateurs pour mettre à jour et améliorer le contenu

**Qualification**:

- Diplôme universitaire en linguistique, traduction, communication ou domaine connexe
- Maîtrise du Français et de l’anglais
- Expérience de travail avérée dans la rédaction technique
- Connaissance pratique de divers outils de création tels que Microsoft Office, MadCap Flare, etc.
- Capacité à saisir des concepts techniques complexes et à les vulgariser

**What will be part of your job?**
- Work in collaboration with other departments to acquire product information for documentation purposes
- Research and implement accurate dental terminology
- Author and review client-facing documentation: installation procedures, IFUs, spec sheets, release notes, quick start guides, brochures, corporate materials, knowledge bases, website content etc
- Collaborate with UX designers, SMEs, and testers to define UX microcopy for software: buttons, error messages, controls, notifications, instructions, onboarding, etc
