**MAINTENANCE/ HANDY MAN**

Northland Logistics Corp. is looking for an individual who is looking for a unique position of a maintenance/ handyman for our Airdrie Location.

This position involves light maintenance of tractor trailers units, pick-ups, and power mobile equipment which includes but not limited to oil changes, greasing, minor repairs, washing units, ensuring visual inspections are completed and all work is documented for the maintenance program.

The position also requires the caretaking of a shop and yard which includes but not limited to grass cutting in the summer, snow removal in the winter, parts running, minor repairs to building when required and moderate labor.

The hours and wages will be dependent on the individual, their abilities, experience and how much they would like to work, the position is very adaptable for the right person.

This opportunity might work well with an individual who is semi-retired and needs something to do, but also doesn’t want to work full time. Perhaps a former truck driver who understands the industry and equipment or a farmer or farm hand etc.
