**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Policy Coordinator will be responsible to work within the team to fulfill the mandate to ensure all policy and procedure are updated, accurate, and reflective of best practise.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Mobilizing the review and updating of the 500+ policies and procedures in place for the enterprise
- Developing and implementing audit tools as appropriate for policy and practice
- Developing and implementing an education plan to ensure all staff are educated and aware of all policy and procedure
- A bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- A Master of Health Administration is preferred
- Access to a vehicle and ability to travel to various locations within the Halifax Region
