We are currently seeking a Civil Project Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience within the construction industry. As a Civil Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our construction operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers and contractors, overseeing construction operations, report on productions, and maintaining safety and environmental compliance. You’ll also manage procurement, track costs, assist with project billing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in civil construction, engineering, or a similar role.
- Understanding of civil construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and contributing to continuous improvement strategies in construction operations.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
