Le **gérant adjoint de magasin** relève du gérant de magasin et apporte son aide pour créer un environnement collaboratif qui favorise l’inclusion et les relations positives. Pour assurer la réussite du magasin, il dirige et oriente l’équipe afin qu’elle atteigne les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et de rentabilité. Il participe également au recrutement, à la gestion du rendement, à la formation et au perfectionnement. Sa capacité à s’adapter à des situations, à des environnements, à des défis, à des tâches et à des horaires de travail variés est essentielle à sa réussite.

**Responsabilités (ce que vous ferez au quotidien)**
- Veiller à ce que le magasin atteigne les objectifs de l’entreprise et respecte les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Diriger le magasin en s’assurant de bien répartir ses tâches (politiques et procédures de l’entreprise, prévention des pertes, paie, production de rapports et établissement des horaires).
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marchandisage tout en offrant un environnement propre, cohérent et accueillant qui incite la clientèle à magasiner.
- Établir une communication ouverte et efficace avec le gérant de magasin et le directeur de district.

As an **Assistant Store Manager**, you will report to the Store Manager and support in creating a team environment, which fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You will strive to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which include sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to various situations, environment, challenges, job duties and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

**Day in the Life (What you will do)**:

- Ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals
- Provide store leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
- Help recruit, manage, develop and train top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused
- Implement merchandise strategies while also providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
- Maintain an effective and open line of communication with Store Manager and District Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Au moins un à deux ans d’expérience à la tête d’une équipe ou à titre de superviseur dans un environnement de travail axé sur l
- expérience client.
- Capacité éprouvée à diriger des équipes et à les conduire au succès grâce à d’excellents résultats de vente.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou de formation générale équivalente. Études postsecondaires, un atout.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front au sein d’un environnement dynamique tout en s’engageant à fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Disponibilités pour travailler les soirs et la fin de semaine.
- Majorité (être âgé d’au moins 18 ans).
- Québec seulement : bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout.

- You have at least 1 to 2 years of leadership and or supervisory experience in a customer experience based environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
- A High School graduate or GED equivalent. Post-Secondary is an asset.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Be at least 18 years of age
