**Company Description**
Fashionistar, a fashion boutique for women, is actively seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to enhance self-confidence, well-being, and both external and internal beauty.
Under the direct supervision of our Store Manager, you will significantly contribute to the smooth and profitable management of our boutique by meticulously adhering to our internal policies and procedures. Your role as an Assistant Store Manager will also involve actively supporting the Manager in overseeing our team of employees, while assuming responsibility for supervising overall sales operations in their absence.
You will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing the unique sales skills characteristic of our brand, with the aim of driving sales and enhancing the in-store experience for our customers.
A critical aspect of your role will involve ensuring that all elements of Fashionistar's visual identity, as well as visual presentation standards, are understood and upheld by the entire team. Your involvement will directly contribute to maintaining our boutique's distinctive image and delivering a consistent and appealing experience to our customers.
**Qualifications and skills**
- 12 months of retail experience;
- 6 months of management experience;
- High school diploma;
- Highly goal-oriented;
- Dynamism and motivation;
- Enjoy working in a team;
- Customer service orientation;
- Strong communication and coaching skills;
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and follow up;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)].

**Description du poste**
Fashionistar, une boutique de mode dédiée aux femmes, recherche activement un(e) Assistant(e) - Gérant(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. En tant qu'Assistant(e) - Gérant(e), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation de notre mission, qui vise à renforcer la confiance en soi, le bien-être et la beauté à la fois extérieure et intérieure.
Sous la supervision directe de notre Gérant(e) de magasin, vous contribuerez de manière significative à la gestion fluide et rentable de notre boutique en respectant scrupuleusement nos politiques et procédures internes. Votre rôle en tant qu'Assistant(e) - Gérant(e) sera également de soutenir activement le/la Gérant(e) dans la supervision de notre équipe d'employé(e)s, tout en assumant la responsabilité de la supervision des opérations de vente globales en son absence.
Vous serez un modèle pour l'équipe en offrant un service client exceptionnel et en mettant en avant les compétences de vente caractéristiques de notre marque, dans le but de stimuler les ventes et d'améliorer l'expérience en magasin pour nos clientes.
Un aspect crucial de votre rôle consistera à garantir que tous les éléments de l'identité visuelle de Fashionistar ainsi que les normes de présentation visuelle soient compris et respectés par l'ensemble de l'équipe. Votre implication contribuera directement à maintenir l'image distinctive de notre boutique et à fournir une expérience cohérente et attrayante à nos clientes.
**Qualifications et compétences**
- 12 mois d’expérience dans le détail;
- 6 mois d’expérience en gestion;
- Diplôme d’études secondaires;
- Très orienté(e) vers les objectifs;
- Dynamisme et motivation;
- Aimer le travail d’équipe;
- Orientation vers le service à la clientèle;
- Fortes habiletés de communication et de «coaching»;
- Habileté à organiser, prioriser, déléguer et effectuer un suivi;
- Habileté à résoudre des problèmes;
- Connaissances informatiques (Microsoft Office).
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
