**Responsabilités**:

- Coordonner et gérer les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt
- Emballer et préparer les commandes de café vert et torréfié pour le transport
- Emballer et étiqueter les produits de café torréfié pour la vente sur différentes plateformes en ligne
- Servir les clients dans notre petit café sur place Maintenir un entrepôt propre, organisé et efficace
- Aider à la recherche et à la sélection de grains de café verts de haute qualité du monde entier
- Préparer et emballer des échantillons de café pour les clients Veiller à ce que toutes les commandes et expéditions soient traitées de manière rapide et précise
- Aider à la gestion et au suivi des stocks
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre torréfacteur tiers pour coordonner les calendriers de torréfaction et la disponibilité des produits
- Collaborer avec le propriétaire et les autres membres de l'équipe pour soutenir la croissance et le développement de l'entreprise

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience préalable dans les opérations d'entrepôt, ou expérience pertinente dans l'industrie du café fortement appréciée
- Passion pour le café et intérêt pour l'apprentissage sur l'industrie du café
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation
- Grande attention aux détails et précision
- Capacité à soulever et déplacer jusqu'à 50 livres

**About Us**:
JA Coffee Inc. is a growing importing coffee business that specializes in sourcing specialty green coffee beans from around the world. We operate our own warehouse facility where we store our green and roasted coffee in Montreal. In addition to our sales through various online platforms, we also operate a small coffee shop within our warehouse. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about coffee and is willing to wear multiple hats to grow with our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day warehouse operations
- Package and prepare green and roasted coffee orders for transport
- Package and label roasted coffee products for sale on various online platforms
- Serve customers at our small on-site coffee shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist in sourcing and selecting high-quality green coffee beans from around the world
- Prepare and package coffee samples for clients
- Ensure that all orders and shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in managing and tracking inventory
- Work closely with our third-party roaster to coordinate roasting schedules and product availability
- Collaborate with the owner and other team members to support business growth and development

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, or relevant experience in the coffee industry is highly valuable
- Passion for coffee and an interest in learning about the coffee industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities as the business grows
- Proficient in English and/or French

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
