Team Leader Installation

Prince Albert, Canada Lake Country Co-operative Ltd. Full time

**Reporting to the Director, Home and Building Solutions, responsibilities for this position include the following**:

- Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
- Manager all daily construction activities on the building site with a focus on safety, workmanship, and production
- Assist in developing a supply and installation program
- Managing day to day tasks, duties and scheduling of installation team
- Effectively and efficiently manage the development and training of the reporting team members
- Review project plans sand specifications assisting in project design, scheduling cost saving measures, and potential construction problems
- Effectively communicate with design team and potential clients
- Communicating and working with the construction team leader and site team leader to enhance operations
- Control and monitor labour, materials, equipment and expenses
- All other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service:

- You have a grade 12- and 3-years’ experience in building materials sales; customer service experience especially in the CRS considered an asset
- You have experience and knowledge in building materials industry; estimating and construction experience, trends and codes
- You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays when appropriate
