about this team

The Fulfillment & Inventory Intelligence team is responsible for global strategy, technology and operations that support Omni Channel programs at lululemon. We strive to support guests in getting the product they want, wherever they want, and as fast as they want by driving a seamless optimized fulfillment experience.

a day in the life
- Oversee and manage one or more related Theme, Epics and Stories, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required standards.
- Provide reporting and status updates.
- Manage a suite of projects across a program.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Retail and vendors (other functions as required) to lead or coordinate large-scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions.
- Identify goals/OKRS/measure of success for the program that ladder up to the goals of lululemon.
- Partner with cross-functional partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the programs.
- Track milestones across the portfolio for key projects.

qualifications
- 5-8 years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment
- Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset.
- Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels
- Demonstrated experience in partnership with peers including the ability to lead indirectly and influence without reporting lines
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across working groups
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation.
- Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms
- Experience in business case development, for simple and complex projects with varying levels of ROI and direct / indirect business benefit.
