**The Opportunity**

Are you ready to share your passion for driving and tips for success with the next generation of drivers? Steve's Livestock Transport is looking for a dedicated **In-Cab Driver Trainer** to help our team members reach their maximum potential. This opportunity is based out of our terminal in Blumenort, MB.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead drivers through our in-cab driver finishing program
- Conduct in-cab training, road tests, ride along's and follow up evaluations
- Teach progressive shifting techniques on manual transmission vehicles
- Follow internal training guidelines & complete regular progress report
- Provide meaningful feedback effectively
- Completion of solo runs in between trainees as needed

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Valid Class 1A driver's license with 5+ year's experience
- Previous livestock and/or training experience an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Commercial Driving: 5 years (required)
- training & development: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
