**The Opportunity**
***Are you ready to share your passion for driving and tips for success with the next generation of drivers? Steve’s Livestock Transport is looking for a dedicated Class 1 Driver Instructor to help our team members reach their maximum potential. This opportunity is based out of our terminal in **Winkler, MB.**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-cab training, road tests, ride-alongs and follow up evaluations
- Teach progressive shifting techniques on manual transmission vehicles
- Follow internal training guidelines & complete regular progress reports
- Provide meaningful feedback effectively
- Completion of solo runs in between trainees as needed

**Experience & Qualification**
- Valid Class 1A Driver’s License with 5+ years experience
- Clear driver’s abstract
- Previous livestock and/or training experience an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Display a positive image of oneself and the Company at all times
